M.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication. He is Journalist with leading Indian news Magazine covering defence news. He is one of the most widely travelled defence correspondent of the country with stories done from places like Siachen Glacier, Line of Control, Line of Actual Control, Tololing top, aboard Aircraft Carrier and from inside submarine. His recent focus has been on the issues plaguing the Indian paramilitary. Also, he has been writing on India's relations with South Asia and Eurasia.
